The Fuel Pulse does not collect, store, or process any personally identifiable information by default. We do not have user accounts or comment systems. Exception: if you subscribe to price alerts (see Section 11), your email address is stored with your consent.

The only data processed on our servers is publicly available fuel price data scraped from retailer websites. No visitor data is retained on our infrastructure.

11. Email Notifications

If you subscribe to fuel price change alerts, we collect the following personal data: email address, subscription date, and language preference. This data is used solely to send you price change notifications.

Subscriber data is stored on Supabase, located in Frankfurt (EU region). The legal basis for processing is your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). Data is deleted immediately upon unsubscribe.

You may unsubscribe at any time via the link included in every email, or by visiting thefuelpulse.com/unsubscribe.

You have the right to withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to withdrawal.
