Latvia Fuel Station Comparison 2026: Circle K vs Virši vs Neste vs Viada

A complete comparison of the four major Latvian fuel networks in 2026: prices, specialty fuels, loyalty programmes, and which station fits which driver.

Four Networks, One Market - Who Wins?

The Latvian fuel retail market is dominated by four networks: Circle K, Virši, Neste, and Viada. Each occupies a different position regarding price, specialty fuel, coverage, and loyalty programmes. This comparison lays everything out side-by-side so you can decide which network to give your business to, or which combination of networks fits your driving life.

Who Is Each Station For?

The Budget Driver (Price is Everything): Use Viada ADUS. Carry a debit or credit card, accept that loyalty programmes do not apply, and save €8+ on a 50-litre diesel fill versus the market average. No other network is close on price.

The Eco-Conscious Driver: Use Neste for HVO Renewable Diesel at 2.590 €/L: up to 90% lower lifecycle carbon footprint than fossil diesel. The price premium is the cost of the sustainability benefit.

The CNG Vehicle Owner: Use Virši. It is the only network in Latvia with CNG. There is no alternative.

The LPG-Converted Car: Viada ADUS offers the cheapest LPG at 0.985 €/L. Circle K and Virši both offer LPG at 1.085 €/L for drivers who prefer a manned station.

The Loyalty Point Maximiser: Circle K EXTRA provides the most consistent per-litre discounts with the widest network. EXTRA in combination with Neste visits covers most scenarios.

The Fleet or Company Driver: The Baltic-wide validity of the Circle K app and digital receipts make it operationally convenient.

The High-Mileage Commuter who wants a manned station: Neste for standard diesel (cheapest among the big three manned networks), using the Neste app.

There is no single “best” station for every driver. For most people, a practical approach is to use Viada ADUS as the default for price, Circle K as a fallback for coverage when an ADUS is not nearby, and Neste when HVO or the cheapest manned-station diesel is important.
